This is Chris. Chris was looking for the homeless shelter in Phoenixville. This is not the best time of year to be homeless, most shelters only allow you to check in before 5 pm. If you show up later you are out of luck.

ReplyDeleteChris looks like a nice guy! That is a silly rule to be there before 5. Not like being homeless is a 9-5 job - people need shelter 24 hours a day!
